Prior bidding, please read the size, description and store policy carefully.  Please do not bid on one size/color and ask for another.  We kindly ask that shoppers do not bid or purchase items if they do not intend to pay.

We strive our best to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.  If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund within 15 business days.

We have an unconditional return policy refunding the purchase amount or our current price at the time items are returned back to us.  All sales are final for auctions ending with a price of $10.00 USD or less.

Items must be in its original, UNWORN condition within 15 days of purchase.  We must receive the item back with its original packaging material and all tags must be attached.  Returns without original tags or unwrapped will be subject to 20% restocking fee based on the total price including shipping.  You must include the original invoice along with the returned item in order for us to process your return properly.  Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt of package through the original payment method.  If paid by Paypal, it would be refunded to your Paypal account, if by money order, you will receive a check.

On very rare cases, we do make mistakes on shipping item, when this happens, please contact us prior leaving any feedback.  We will provide a return shipping label or we will fully reimburse (USPS Priority Mail only) your return shipping back to us.  Upon receipt of the wrong item sent, we will either send you the correct item free of charge or issue a full refund including shipping and handling.
